The following are rules on the bus and if broken, could result in an extra fee or cancellations.

-No underage drinking
-No illegal drugs
-No standing on seats to avoid damaging the upholstery
-Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages and enjoy them while riding the bus, however, guests may not carry open containers of alcohol into or off the bus
-No guns and knives
-Violence will not be tolerated
A deposit of $100.00 is required to hold your date and will be applied towards your total fare. The remaining balance will be charged a few days before the event, FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE THE BUS ARRIVES. Please send the contract and your deposit to confirm the reservation.
The deposit and full payment can be made in cash, check, Venmo account @cjspartybusllc or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover). If paid by credit card or Venmo a 3% vendor fee will be added to the cost.
A 20% voluntary driver gratuity
The driver inspects each vehicle before, during and after rental. In the event of damage, the customer shall be responsible for any repairs or extra cleaning.
-Cracked or broken windows
-Excessively spilled fluids
-Smoking Burns
-Damage to seats
-Damage to lights, TV, or stereo equipment.
-Equipment loss (included aux cord)
-Any Biohazadours Fluid left behind (Vomit, bodily fluids like urine, blood)
Cleaning
Please pick up all trash including cans ,bottles, containers and food. Please wipe any spills with towels that will be provided. Excessive clean up, vomit and bodily Fluids, will result in a $200.00 clean up fee
Cancellation two weeks prior to your event, you will be responsive for the $100.00 deposit and $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of the booking, you will be responsible for 100% of the rate charged
CJ'S Party Bus LLC has additional surcharges for distances outside of Omaha, please be sure to ask for more information in case you need to leave the city limits, before signing the contract and pay the deposit.
CJ'S Party Bus LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles during the ride or articles left after the ride has ended.
Standing while bus is in motion should result in passenger injuries. CJS Party Bus is not responsible for any
injuries due to a passenger who stands while the bus is in motion.
Please use the party pole in a safe manner.
Starting and ending time must be enforced. If you go over your time by 10 minutes more, you will get charged half hour of the regular price. If you need extra time, please talk to the driver. Additional time would need to pay to the driver plus the gratuity.
The CJ'S Party Bus LLC drivers reserves the right to eject any individual(s), whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance.
The CJ'S Party Bus LLC is not responsible for underage consumption of alcohol beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride. Driver has the right to inspect ID's and containers of passengers who appear underage.
The CJ'S Party Bus LLC cannot, by law, supply alcohol to/for the clients. Guests must provide their own alcohol. For any actions, such as fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus. harassment toward the driver, staff or anyone else in or around CJ'S Party Bus LLC, the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip. The client will be responsible to find other transportation and forfeits full fare as a result.
NO MINORS ALLOWED AFTER 7:00pm, when is alcohol inside the bus.
By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that CJ'S Party Bus LLC and its employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride. PLEASE USE CAUTION ON STEPS.
CJ'S Party Bus LLC is NOT LIABLE in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause cancellation of the trip. In the event of cancellation due to mechanical problems, the trip may be rescheduled for another date. Client will be notified as soon as possible to let them know of unexpected problems that may postpone trip times.
